SAND is a San Diego–based construction company focused on delivering well executed Commercial, Residential projects and Multifamily improvements.
I’m David Sanchez, owner and general contractor. I got into construction because it changed my life, it gave me purpose, showing up to the job site, working with my hands, learning every day, and watching a job come to life step by step. That feeling still drives how we run projects today.
